Chan Brothers Travel was founded in 1965 in modest small office in Singapore. Today, it has grown to become one of Singapore’s and the region’s largest and most established travel service provider with a vast network of agents spanning the Asia Pacific region with branch office in Malaysia, Indonesia and China.
In 2002 we establish a joint venture to open our Indonesia Office "CHAN BROTHERS TRAVEL INDONESIA" (CBTI).
Since then has progressively grown from only providing ticket services to organising international group tours to become one of the largest and most respected travel agents in corporate incentive tour in Indonesia. With more than 60 professional staff, we provide a full spectrum of travel-related services for Corporate businesses, families and individuals, such as Flights Tickets, Worldwide Hotel Reservations, Domestic / International Tours, FIT Land Tour Packages, Corporate Incentive Groups ( MICE Groups) , Car Rental & Travel Document Arrangements, Cruises Packages. Indeed, CBTI aims to become a "One-Stop Shop" dedicated to providing all your travel needs.
We are registered with the Provincial Government and the International Airline Transportation Association (IATA) and ASITA (Association of The Indonesia Tour & Travel Agencies) and therefore provide the most accurate and up-to-date travel information to our customers. We serve you in the language you like because our professional staff are fully trained and able to speak various languages such as English and Mandarin to meet client requests and communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
Other than that, we also have an Wholesale Division called DUNIA WHOLESALER (DWS) dealing only B2B with NON IATA TARVEL AGENTS regarding ticketing business wholesale and hotel wholesale and Tour wholesale
